Your host Bob Donnell has worked began as a peer counselor at the age of 15 and then founded a non-profit working with teens and their families in crisis. He had on his board of reference psychologists, parents, psychiatrists, law enforcement, public school officials just to name a few. He has been involved in helping with grief recovery, to intervention and everything in between.
Bob lost his only parent as a child, lost hi 3 year old daughter in an automobile accident which he witnessed, lost a brother to suicide, and lost a grandchild to SIDS. He knows loss and grief first hand and wants to provide assistance to those who want and need it. He is not a psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist or anything of the sort, he is comfortable using whatever means necessary to help people move beyond what is holding them back (pain, grief, addictions, etc.).
Weekly online group sessions where you can hop on and listen in , type in questions, or being given a virtual microphone and or video session to be heard, and to get help.
The affordability and ease of this program is what will allow anyone to get help. Jump on for free and then if you decide you want to stay involved you can for only $25 a month (month to month and cancel at anytime) and have access to a minimum of 4 group sessions a month (sometimes more).
